SecurityEnvironments

Every space, designed as one system.

From a single shop to offices, buildings and industrial sites, we design, install and manage the infrastructure of physical spaces: network, security, integrations and energy, planned together from the first drawing.

The plan

It starts as a drawing.

We start from how the space is used: where people move, what has to be protected, what has to keep running. The infrastructure is designed into the plan before a cable is laid, so every part has its place and the parts work together.

01Network

One network, from the shop floor to the yard.

With UniFi Network by Ubiquiti we build secure, scalable infrastructure managed from one place. The same architecture serves a single shop, an office, a building or an industrial site, and grows with it.

  1. 1Gateway and uplink

The connection arrives in the technical room, where the gateway protects the boundary and keeps the networks of the site apart.

  2. 2Switching

Switches carry data and power to each device over one cable, so access points, cameras and readers need no separate supply.

  3. 3Wi-Fi

Access points are placed where people work and move, with separate networks for staff, guests and devices.

  4. 4Every area

The same network reaches the warehouse and the yard, outdoors included, with no second infrastructure to manage.

02Security & surveillance

Security that works as one system.

Video surveillance, access control, sensors and alarms share one infrastructure. They are coordinated and managed centrally, rather than installed as separate devices that know nothing of each other.

  1. 1Video surveillance

Cameras cover the street, the shop floor, the loading doors and the yard, and recordings stay on site.

  2. 2Access control

Readers and intercoms decide who opens each door, and when, from the permissions defined for each person.

  3. 3Sensors

Motion and opening sensors register presence and activity where a camera is not needed or not wanted.

  4. 4Scenarios

An event can set off a response: a loading door opened after hours turns on the lights, marks the recording and alerts whoever is on duty.

  5. 5One view

Every area is monitored from one place, with a record of what happened and of who intervened.

03Integrations

A platform to build on.

Once the infrastructure is in place, new services join it rather than sitting beside it. Each one is added when it is needed, on the same network and managed in the same way.

  1. 1EV charging

Charging stations in the yard, with access and consumption managed like every other device.

  2. 2Audio

Background music and announcements by zone, from the shop floor to the warehouse.

  3. 3UniFi Talk and VoIP

Desk phones on the same network, connected to your telephone provider, with no separate telephone system to maintain.

  4. 4Signage and displays

Screens in the window, in the meeting room and on the floor, showing information that stays up to date.

04Energy & response

A space that measures itself, and responds.

With technologies such as Shelly and Seeed the system reaches beyond the Ubiquiti ecosystem. Consumption, lighting, presence and conditions become data, and the space responds to what happens inside it as it happens.

  1. 1Energy metering

Consumption is measured at the panel, by area and by device, so you can see where energy goes.

  2. 2Lighting

Industrial lighting is switched and dimmed by schedule, by daylight and by who is actually there.

  3. 3Presence and occupancy

Sensors register movement and occupancy, and show how each area is really used.

  4. 4Environmental monitoring

Temperature, humidity, air quality and leaks, measured where they matter.

  5. 5Alerts

An anomaly or an emergency, such as a cold room warming up, is reported straight away to the people who have to act.

  6. 6Analytics

Data collected over time shows how spaces are used and where operating costs can come down.
